Now that you are the big 2!

On "V"'s birthday, she and I went down to Boerne and spent another week with Uncle Eric and the boys.  I did not have access to a computer to sit down and write about my little 2 year old, so I am getting this done a week late!  Better late than never.

"V", you are 32 3/4 inches tall and weighs 32 lbs. In most clothing you wear a 3T...just to be loose and comfortable...nothing tight or short.
Your hair has really grown since Christmas and it is long enough to put in a pretty good pony tail.  You love to "go, go, go" in the car and ask to take a ride pretty much at least 2 times a day.  Wake up at about 6:45 to 7 AM each morning, take a 2 1/2 to 3 hour nap each afternoon and then go to sleep about 7:30-8 PM each night.  You don't throw a fit about sleeping most nights.  It only happens when you are REALLY tired.  You still eat pretty much anything we give you, but you do have your favorites.  You still don't drink juice, but you have had a juice box or 2 when we have been at parties.  You love water and will now ask for milk.  You can count to 14 and know all your upper and lowercase letters.  You know all your shapes and colors by pointing and verbalizing them (that is the teacher coming out in me ;-) )  Swimming has been a fun past time for you this summer.  You have the best tan that you got straight from your daddy.  Strangers are no strangers to you at all.  You wave at everyone and make sure they see you!  You love men mostly, but will say HI to some ladies too.  You love older kids and love to play with them.  Your vocabulary is great.  Most people, other an us, can get what you are trying to say.  I stopped counting at 200 words.  That was back in January.  Daily you are curious as to what stuff is and how it works. 
You LOVE your daddy and want him to hold you most of the time.  You love to hug and give big kisses.  Those CAN NOT be beat!!  You are such a character....making us laugh all the time.  When you get cracked up, you start laughing and then put your hand over your mouth lean down while laughing really loud.  It is too funny! 
You love your family.  Names for everyone in the family - MiMi, Paw Paw, Sissy (my sister), Gant (Grant), D (Daniel), Eic (Eric), Calup (Caleb), Arrn(Aaron),  E (Ethan), Ganny, Pops, Geck (Greg), Nona (winonah), Fecher (Fletcher)
There are a million things I could write about you.  But most of all, I always want you to know how much you were wanted and how much you are loved.  We enjoy every day we get to hug that sweet little body and kiss those kissable lips of yours!  We could not have picked out a better 2 year old to spend this next year with!
